He spent a few years renovating and remodeling the two houses in Venice. King wanted the compound to reflect a beachfront theme. It has heated sandstone floors, rooms that face the sky, and the downstairs is decorated with an aquatic theme. Outside, he has added an outdoor pool, spa, and pool house.
